The story of Rose & Violet Homes begins with two little girls who changed our lives forever. Named after our daughters, Shiloh Rose and Ariel Violet, Rose & Violet Homes serves as a daily reminder of what truly matters. Like many parents, we want to provide our children with a strong foundation, a place to grow, and an example worth following. We want them to understand the value of hard work, integrity, service to others, and building something meaningful that lasts beyond themselves. In many ways, those same principles inspire every home we build.
When you think about Rose & Violet, it naturally brings us to flowers. Flowers symbolize growth, beauty, and the promise of what can become. But flowers do not bloom on their own. They require strong roots, the right environment, and time to flourish. Just as flowers need strong roots, we believe every family deserves a home built on a strong foundation, a place that provides security, comfort, and room to grow, create memories and build a legacy for generations to come. Yet even with strong roots, flowers cannot thrive alone.
Much of their growth depends on one of natures most remarkable creatures: the bee. Though small in size, bees are dependable, purposeful, and committed to something greater than themselves. Through hard work, teamwork, service and an unwavering commitment to their purpose, bees create one of nature’s strongest engineered structures. Their work brings life, growth, and beauty to everything they touch. That image inspires the kind of company we strive to be.
